The widespread adoption of AI interfaces has re-introduced many issues from Web 1.0, such as quality of search.
The AI search results on Google are generally lacking in use value, and should be ignored.
If you scroll past the AI overview every time, the data generated from that action will eventually reach the people involved in traction, who will have to adapt.
Meanwhile, if you're using the internet for research (as opposed to??) you'll need to bypass AI results on Google for access to meaningful data. Google does not have a direct option to control this.
